ALBUM RELEASE + STREAM: Eric Prydz presents PRYDA

One of the most anticipated albums in EDM history has finally been released today! Swedish DJ and producer, Eric Prydz finally presents to you, Pryda.

After waiting for practically seven years for such a release, it seems that 2012 is bringing the best for us. The album is said to be a Pryda album, as opposed to an 'Eric Prydz' one. Eric will be releasing his debut artist album later this year. Pryda has certainly gotten the nations stirring with anticipation, and many say that this may just be one hell of a game changer.

TEASER: Pryda - Eric Prydz

Since 2005, Eric Prydz has been meaning to release an artists album. It was originally meant to be released in 2009, but had to cancel the release because of complications with Ministry of Sound.

But at this age, 2012, Prydz has decided to make this a Pryda album. Pryda is known to be Eric Prydz' alias and dance label. The album is due to release this Monday (May 21 2012), and I have never been so excited!

The album consists of unreleased productions from Pryda, as well as tracks mixed and synchronized by Eric himself.

Pryda has reached unbelievable heights, and this may just well be a new chapter to Eric Prydz's career.

FREEDOM FRIDAY - Naughty Party

FREEDOM FRIDAY - We Are Here To Make Some Noise

And FINALLY, it is the weekend once again! We've got a great lineup for you guys on this edition of Freedom Friday and I'm so lucky to be able to say that even with exam revision killing my weekend, the music never stops. After a tiring week, you guys deserve the best of EDM and a great weekend to ease the stress. 

Make sure to listen to the legendary Armin Van Buuren's new track, We Are Here To Make Some Noise. This killer tune is the official theme in the European Championship campaign of Dutch radio station Radio 538. He says, 'It is and will always be special to see how Music affects people. One of the players of the Dutch football team once told me he focuses on the game by listening to Music. We Are Here To Make Some Noise not be as trancy as people would expect from me, but this is also a musical side that I own. I'm hoping that the energy of the track will catch on, for both the players and the crowd.' Make some noise for the Euro 2012!

HAVE ANY OF YOU SEEN MOLLY? (Molly - Cedric Gervais)

 

Last month, during Ultra 2012, Madonna introduced Avicii's set by asking the audience, "Have any of you seen Molly?". For those that thought the other way, you are naughty, naughty people. For those that don't know yet, Madonna was simply promoting her friend's latest track, which I find such a banging tune!

French DJ/producer, Cedric Gervais, released Molly last month on Beatport, and I've become astonished with myself because I've only listened to this song very recently. 

You best be feasting your ears to some meaty bass lines, along with this sexy music video. I warn you, this tune is infectious.
